Camper Registration

Please bring a completed Medical Form to camp with you.

Camp Fusion is free for all campers, and each camper will receive a free T-shirt with the theme of the year. There will be a donation box available during drop off and pick up, but there is no obligation to donate. If you wish to make a donation beforehand, send a contribution to Oak Dale Church (Contact Us) and label it “For Camp Fusion”.
